Our Return Policy
If there was a mistake in your order please email or phone us within 48 hours of your orders confirmation. Please provide us with your name, address, and invoice number. Then we will be more than happy to work with you and fix the problem. Please keep in mind-WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY RETURNED BODY OILS THAT ARE USED.
Orders are processed during standard business hours. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your orders PRIOR to shipping. Shipping times are indicated at check-out and are dictated by the shipper. Large orders, and holiday time orders may take a little more time to process due to volume. If an item is out of stock, we will not charge you for that item or will refund that amount. It may not be possible due to shipping costs to send small quantities of back-ordered product, will will refund instead. If you find a mistake, please feel free to email us at email@example.com

Please accept your package when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery, you will be responsible for notifying us within 3 days. If you do not notify us and the package has to be shipped again, you will be charged for delivery again and there will be no refund given.
To place an order:
- Click on Product Category on left side of page Select a subcategory if available.
- Click on product, and choose size if needed, click buy to add product to basket.
- Click "Shopping Cart" link at top right of page to checkout, then follow instructions.
You can search for any item on this page or scan the QUICK ORDER PAGE. If you know the name or part of the name of an item, enter it in the search field. All items whose names begin with the keywords you entered will be displayed. If you find the item you are looking for in the search results, click on it: you will be taken to the page containing the details of that item.
