Upon ordering

Please allow us 24-48 to process your orders. Huge orders may take a little more time to process. If an item is out of stock, we will not charge you for that item. If an item is on backorder, we will try to get that item in your shipment as quickly as possible. Please accept your package when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery, you will be responsible for notifying us within 4 days. If you do not notify us and the package has to be shipped again, you will be charged for delivery again and there will be no refund given.

Refunds

If there was a mistake in your order please email or phone us within 48 hours of your orders confirmation. Please provide us with your name, address, and invoice number. Then we will be more than happy to work with you and fix the problem. If you are unhappy with a purchased please contact us with 48 hours and you will recieve a refund after the product has been returned in same condition as sent. Please keep in mind-WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY RETURNED BODY OILS THAT ARE USED.

2.Click on product, and choose size if needed, click buy to add product to basket.

3.Click "Shopping Cart" link at top right of page to checkout, then follow instructions.
